My top one definitely has to be living in a coastal settlement somewhere in East Anglia during the chaos of the mid 9th century, when one day, Viking raider ships - belonging to the famous 'Great Heathen Army' - appear on the horizon. I survive the initial raid by hiding, but am found out by this strong, burly, bearded, muscled, and handsome Nordic warrior, who takes me as his slave. Naturally, he uses me to satisfy his more primal needs, but I also am made to perform other duties, such as maintaining his armor and weapons, cooking, and cleaning.
Eventually, I get accustomed to life as his slave, since it isn't so bad: he treats me well, he provides for me, and I actually kind of enjoy having relations with him (something I could never have indulged in otherwise). After some obstacles with the Viking invasion of Wessex, he sails back to his home in Denmark/Norway and takes me with him, and I become a valued part of his household.
He marries a woman and has children to fulfill his societal obligation, but continues to consort with me regularly and acts increasingly affectionate when we're together. He's always the penetrator, so there are never any accusations of impropriety.
The other fantasy is being the Basileus and regularly indulging myself with members of the Varangian Guard, but I think this one's better :3
