I just happen to have some scans of a nice publication on hand so I'll post those.

It's a 1875 album "Clothes in Poland from 1200 to 1795" by Jan Matejko, a historical painter particularly interested in the accuracy of details like these.

Pic related is the layout which is supposed to be constant for each image (the first one doesn't really fit though), the successive images representing different periods.

They're Capetian/Anjou gold lilies on a blue background and Hungarian/Arpad red and white stripes.

It's the coat of arms of the Hungarian branch of the House of Anjou that Queen (King?) Jadwiga pictured at the centre came from.
