Why do people feel the need to talk without knowing anything about what they talk about? The major reason for "shunning" technology is that the parts can't be solely constructed within the community and therefore makes them dependent upon outsiders. There's reasons for almost all articles of their clothing that have more reason than being from the "19 century".
