The goal is to guess the price of 1 ETH and be within $1 on June 12th at exactly 7:37EST. Once an user has picked their number they must say up $1 or down $1 to allow someone to pick the same number but on the other side of the range. Once this range has been taken by two people it is locked out and cannot be picked by another user. Winner gets .5 ETH but you must prove it's your number with pics or you don't get anything.
