Kek it's called boardwalk, its a decentralized marketplace based on eth and ipfs. The seperate hashtags created from marketplaces can be centralized and made in to real apps if a user feels as such. Hashtag owners are incentived to grow their marketplace because they get tipped per transaction. It's going to be fucking huge in the world of crypto.
