Dude like, history is whoa, like cyclical

>dude like, history is whoa, like cyclical
>yeah man it's all like cycles, it goes in a circle
>whoa, it's like, today, it's like fall of the roman empire, yeah

What if we haven't completed the circle yet

You're a retard too, OP. It's just impossible to see your own biases. There's obviously *some sense* in which it's a cycle, because we can describe it using purely sin waves.

Everything on this planet is cyclical. Humans are no different

All you wrote is objectively true. Civilization is basically like a human body that reaches a peak and then becomes weaker and older until it dies.

And it has children who carry on it's legacy in a slightly different way.

Sort of. Kind of like Roman civilization infuenced western civilization before it died.

>There's obviously *some sense* in which it's a cycle, because we can describe it using purely sin waves.

...what?

>All you wrote is objectively true.

It's objectively not.

I don't think saying "ur wrong" constitutes a refutation.

But that's not true at all.

Let's look at France

>Peaking at Charlemagne's Empire
>Declined in 900's-1300's, lose territory to England and Holy Roman Empire
>Massive resurgence in 1400's
>peak under Louis XIV in 1600's
>Decline in 1700's, lose wealth and territory
>French revolution, another massive reusrgence
>conquer Europe in 20 years
>Are defeated in 1815, begin declining
>A joke in 1871
>Continue declining until 1914
>Defeat Germany in 1918, decline slows
>Are defeated again in 1940
>Begin declining through twentieth century until the 70's
>Sudden resurgence and renewed influence in world

Only retards see civilozations as 'Rise, peak, fall.'

Byzantium is another good example of a complex history.

I think that statement is a bit too vague but civilizations definitely share certain characteristics when they reach certain stages. When civilizations gain a sustainable food surplus there is a tendency for military iconography/symbols of strength to become more prevalent.

France is not a separate civilization, it's part of the western civilization.

What is asserted without support does not require support to refute.

I benis is really smaller than these. And I am French. WTF.

For some reason I associate this concept more with overweight old British conservatives.

>Only retards see civilozations as 'Rise, peak, fall.'
>civilozations

opinion discarded

>civilozations

I and O are next to each other. Sorry I didn't notice it.

what striking arguments you got there, anons

>wtf i'm convinced now

>nations rise
>and after that they fall
>holy shit guys i just had a revelation about history

You only prove its cyclical nature by saying how it rose and fall. At any rate I wouldn't say France had any meaningful influence. It's a USA and globalist dog too weak willed to say no to having Blacks and Muslims enter and destroy the nation. Birthrates and post-industrialization have led to a crisis no one is keen on fixing.

I've been looking foward for this

I'll consider it deeper if a civilisation veers off to the side or something
Fuck it's like saying a number could be higher.. or lower.. Shit either gets better or worse, there's no other possible things that could happen

>You only prove its cyclical nature by saying how it rose and fall.
Just because something has ups and downs doesn't mean it's cyclical you fucking retard.

>I wouldn't say France had any meaningful influence.
hahahahaahahahahaahahaaaa
