Is there a more aesthetic WW1 helmet?

Is there a more aesthetic WW1 helmet?

looks retarded.

British.

"Non", though the stalhelm also bears a tsundere appearance too.

>wearing plates on your head
The height of British """"fashion"""".

It was the ugliest, as well as being the least efficient

>as well as being the least efficient
But that's simply not true. It was the most effective of all the mass produced WW1 helmets.

t. Lindybeige

Honestly prefer the British & German helmets desu senpai

the british helmet design was so effective it was used by america

The German helmet was the best
The French helmet was quite aesthetic too
The British helmet was pure garbage

lol

Americans wanted to use a helmet like the stalhelm but it looked "too German".

The RoC also used the Brodie helmet. You could tell who a unit was trained/equipped by from their helmets.

notanargument

I'm pretty sure the Irish army never used the adrian. They did use the stahlhelm, but it was actually a replica produced by Vickers

Whatever the Habsburgs used

This

If by most effective you mean having the smallest area covered then yes

...

Yea, I've always found the pickelhaube such a badass helmet.

clearly this

I heard you like helmets, so here's a helmet for your helmet.

Poland used the French pattern Adrain helmet, later replacing it (for infantry use) with their own design and the German WWI helmets were only used by the one Polish motorized brigade in 1939.

Fuck me Pith Helms are A E S T H E T I C to the point of lewdness.

yes

>covers all the areas most at risk from what poses 99% of threats

Sounds good to me

The Stahlhelm and Adrian bit into your neck when looking upwards.

Also helmets aren't made to defend against bullets, they're for Artillery shrapnel.

prewar polish helmets were lowkey /aesthetic/
