Basically they get 'burned' (sent to an unusable address and destroyed) which reduces the supply of ICN and increases the price.

The company buys up ICN with 20% of their profit and burn up said ICN. This will increase the price of the coin further. Check out their subreddit.

It doesn't matter. Imagine you have $10 profit. You use that to buy back as many as you can. It can be 10, 1, 0.1, 0.001, etc. The process gradually reduces the volume irrespective of price.

I have my majority of ICN on Kraken, and some on Liqui. I plan to move all coins to Kraken as it appears to be the most stable exchange at the moment. Liqui gets DDOS far to often, very annoyig.
