>all major exchanges have been hacked and all coins were stolen
How fucked are you?
Breaking news
>cashed out 5 years of crypto 3 days ago
Feels good, man
keep a physical wallet of metal coins that have hash data etched into them B^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^)
>nocoiner here
Veeky Forums absolutely BTFO
I would kill myself desu
They're stored on my PC wallet staking.
So while everything crashes my coins are safe and sound in my encrypted wallet generating more of itself.
I cashed out my initial investment so everything I make from here on in is pure profit. Also I have a high paying job so I'm set. But yes I would be disappointed since I struck it big buying BTC at $575.
25% fucked
tfw only like 1/12 of my portfolio is currently sitting in exchanges
Where do you keep the rest of them?
Planning to be rich one day so I want to know how to protect my stuff.
>all coins were stolen, perpetrators have not been found
>also someone is now looking to sell about 4,000,000 ethereum
>again no clue who did this crime
lost like 30k BAT kek
couldn't care less
$8k worth of btc in total lost.
Left with around $400 worth of eth on Coinbase.
Net loss of $300 from initial.
Official wallets for the coins that have them, generic wallets for the coins that don't.
Offline (cold storage) wallets are life.
>coinbase
>not an exchange
?????
Not at all because bitmex keeps everything in cold storage and all withdrawals are done manually once per day.
13.28% fucked.
>Make hash coins out of gold
>Mfw two hedges at once
They released a mugshot. It's too blurry to tell who it is though.
Eh, I don't see it as an exchange. It's more of a market for Australia. I can't exchange shit, I can only purchase.
Whatever, net loss $700.
I have $3000 USD worth of stuff on kraken and like $150 worth on bittrex. My main ETH stash (100 ETH) is on myetherwallet.
So not that fucked.
is paper wallet also considered ´Offline (cold storage)´ with just the .json file and the keys ?
I don't bother with paper wallets desu so I don't know or even care.
6 encrypted external storage devices are quite enough for me
