consider the potential of network effect if you got some Veeky Forums backing and considered a wider distribution.
Right now there are some wojak whales out there who can make small tips, but it isnt going to spread very far as most are probably going to hodl.
you can still make a ton here - I would encourage you to bribe Veeky Forums owners and mods of the boards with a stake of wojak, and ask for their blessing.
If they gave their blessing to the two usecases (could be meme tipping and dubs gambling) it will generate a bit more interest.
