Unfortunately the wallet has some syncing issues. I was stuck like you at a 2-digit bock for a while, so I decided to try forwarding UDP port 7075, which is what the wallet uses, and after leaving the wallet running for a bit I was suddenly fully synced. I'm not sure if it's required, but it's worth trying if you have admin access to your router. The latest block as of right now 1687418.
