1. determine what percent portfolio you want for "equity" and "Growth".
equity: generally top 10 coins with large market caps.
growth: anything else that looks like it has a REAL future and is cheap (ex: Bittrex, look at "newest" coins)
Also I recommend holding BTC to whatever ratio of your total portfolio as reinvestment capital and/or hedge
Thats about it. I guess last piece of advice is don't sell anything for a few months
