What a waste.. Boo this man!

I agree, I wish it wasn't the case but these grubby Jews are more selfish than the cubits who live in hipster cities like Portland and hate everyone visiting.

What do you mean? /pol/ is here? /b/? First time back in a few months. The air does seem different, what the heck are all these tokens? I knew ETH, BTC, and a few others, what the hell happened? Can I be making money from these? There are 721 different tokens. The hell?

Hard work and buying appreciating assets seem to work for me. I have a shitty factory job, but I still make almost 100k USD a year from that just by the hours I put in. While also owning two rental properties and a car wash.

Invest in appreciating assets

Put a down payment on a condo instead of buying a car, and lease the car instead

Invest in assets that differ in risk, e.g. a portfolio of bonds and stocks

Write up a budget and stick to it

Do something in STEM

Hope your shitcoins moon

Idk what else

I couldn't think of anything worse, working manual labour? Jesus Christ user. Live below your means for a while, invest some more then let your money work for you.

I do live below my means. How do you think at 31 the only debt I have is my house I live in. I could pay that off right now if I wanted, but looking for a new house to buy and rent the one I am in now.

you lost me at lease the car instead

Wow, you are extremely proud of yourself for living a pretty mediocre life. "but muh debt free lyfe at 31". You clearly must be blue collar, debt isn't a bad thing you moron, use it to your advantage especially for someone in your position.

I have a simple forumla for making money:

1. Have a useful skill that people are willing to pay for
2. Find a market that you can compete with that useful skill
3. Profit

run a fucking business and create some value.

Always a good idea to pay more than the car payment would be and build zero equity with that money.

>muh depreciating asset

I am blue collar. I stated previously I work at a factory. I just like the feeling of owing anybody money.

>Hard work
cuck spotted

this works for me.

I just dont like the feeling of owing anybody money.

Yes, but you could scale extremely fast leveraging debt, to the point where if you started doing what you do now at 21, ten years later (as in now, at 31) you could easily be doing whatever it is that you love each day whilst your money goes to work for you.

>debt isn't a bad thing
Agreed. Silly goyim are clueless, being indebted to me is GREAT!

I actually ran a cleaning business from my condo for a year.
>Built the website in a weekend
>Ran targeted ad campaigns
>Never stepped for in a home
>Literally did nothing except take payments and send payroll every week.

Made like 10000 bucks

Hardest part was finding reliable cleaners.

There's a subreddit if you're interested. It's like entrepreneur ride along or something

This is kind of badass. Why did you stop?

I live in southern california and there's a ton of mexicans who are willing to work. How much did you charge for a house cleaning?

I made a room for you in the official biz server discord.gg/jPqH57

Finding good cleaners in my area was tough. I was always having to interview new cleaners, post to Craigslist and sift through the bullshiters, etc. I did this while working full time so it became a but of a pain.
The only good ones I had were sweet little Mexican ladies. I ended up giving all my clients to one of them at the end.

I would charge alot if you compare to typical pricing. This industry is neat in the fact that you you Target high income demographics and charge say 200-300 for an average home cleaning. Lots of stay at home moms. Check out the subreddit man. It was definitely an experience.

why is the retarded bitch looking at the engine, pretending like she knows what it does?

>There is nothing worse than manual labor
>Take on massive amounts of debt
>100k+ per year, owning two rental properties, a house and a car wash at 31 is mediocre
Jesus Christ you are actually retarded and clearly have no concept of reality.
>Inb4 larping as a 20-something yr old billionaire playboy

>Spend all your capital on a car and live in an apartment for 5 years instead

Very sound
