This is done from a position of strength but is misinterpreted by some conservative Europeans as an assault of their national identity while in reality it's just the final stage of uniting the world under the western culture. Some other Europeans may just want to be left alone in their smaller tribe and forfeit world dominance which is a legitimate viewpoint but it is clearly against the interest of the elite which wants to dominate the world and not only their tribe. There is nothing sinister about the viewpoints of both sides.
