Which pool are you using, it seems that one isnt paying out. Could be a scam pool owner (it isnt dev made pool)

Also note that coinbase maturity is 20 blocks. Which means that if you find a coin it would take 200 min for mined block to become spendable. So that is likely just what is happening

there is no official software
there are various 3rd party mining clients which can be configured to connect to lpool

e.g.
sgminer - GPU
bfgminer - GPU/ASICs(at least some)
cgminer - ASICs
ccminer - CUDA

this but if you have AMD you are better off taking the info from there and putting it into guiminer

launch sgminer like this:

if that doesn't work, just try dropping the "--scrypt"
