She probably was a fascist, fuck her.

Veeky Forums in a nutshell

before long the last of those born in the british empire will be gone!

Is this bait?

The British Empire is considered to have ended with the transfer of Hong Kong in 1997. So I wouldn't be saying that until people born in 97 start dying off (a long time from now)

wishful thinking, it was over and done with long before that.

DON'T STO-

She actually had an interview where she claimed to miss the royal family

Reminder that Veeky Forums is an anti-/pol/ board. It's even on the sticky.

She was... /oneofus/, wasn't she? ;(

Whatever her political inclinations were, she lived long enough to see that the fascists were right.

Wrong Apu. ;(

dum dum dum dum
fuck you

no, it says keep /pol/ in /pol/. global rule 3 is in effect for all boards that are not /pol/.

PS: Death to socialists

I read it in an Italian newspaper that conducted an interview with her. I'll try and find a link if you want.

>living 117 years

I can't even comprehend it. I've only lived for 23, and I'm kind of sick of it

Really? I don't think I'd be really happy with less than 500.

Holding out for dat life extension tech.

This desu. My personal life is shit, but I still want to see how history plays out and what advanced technologies we develop.

Yeah it would definitely be great to be able to witness that much history, but my personal life is so devoid of purpose and enjoyment that I don't know it it's worth it

Pretty much my thoughts on it as well, I would at least like to travel in space once when I'm old after all the promises of the future.

If it's any consolation, I hope you die soon.

Though she's an Italian citizen, to put her life in perspective, it spanned the presidencies of McKinley, T. Roosevelt, Taft, Wilson, Harding, Coolidge, Hoover, F. Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, G. Bush, Clinton, G. W. Bush, Obama, and Trump.
