In Finland you have to pay taxes for profits made with cryptocurrency

In Finland you have to pay taxes for profits made with cryptocurrency.

This is bullshit.
I don't even know how much I made profit because I'm not a fucking accountant. How am I supposed to tell this to the IRS?

Just admit you are a tax evader /thread

And go to prison?

Finland is such a wonderful country. People actually go to prison for buying BTC. Not for rape though.

You just... never do. You just don't :--)

Bitcoin.tax or some such site will compile your profits and losses for you

don't worry OP, your socialist state will take very good care of your money

It fucking sucks that I take all the risk investing in cryptocurrency and if I succeed in making some profit, the government thinks I owe it to them

>waaaaaaaaah, it's not fair, why do I have to pay taxes for profiting, only fucking normie wageslaves should do that

then you'll be paying 30-33% of every bitcoin you sell and transfer to your regular bank account. no different than forex or other capitals gains tax

Cash goes in

Cash goes out

????

Calculate the difference.

I hope everyone hides their bitcoin in any way possible, rinse thru monero or whatever.

BTC and taxes should go together like jews and humans....in other words...never.

Well that's simple yeah, but what about altcoins that I've bought using BTC?

At one time I bought MOON with BTC and I can't remember what BTC was worth at the time. So I got a whole bunch of MOON and I don't know what I paid for it.

If you dont know then they definitely dont know

Just declare anything that is sent to your bank account. If you withdrew 1000$ earlier this year and turned it into 2000 and sent that 2000 back to your bank then declare 1000 profit. If instead you turned that 1000 into 1Btc and its still in a wallet somewhere then dont declare shit

You don't pay taxes on bitbeans. Pay taxes on fiat currency.

E.g. withdraw 5,000 to initially invest

Deposit 20,000 a few months later

Then you made 15,000 and pay tax on that.

Make money with crypto and pull it out thru localbtc or any other way other than pathetic banks.

I swear you normie faggots are lazier than boomers, and just generally worse than those mongrels as well...

Taxing BTC...you fucking coward cucks...

god i fucking hate you

>what are you, afraid of 10 years of federal ass rape prison? there's a few thousand dollars on the line! surely your cryptogains outweigh the potential negatives

Taxcucks

Probably government wagecucks yourself, or your parents...typical weakling mindset "I can't escape the almighty gubment"

You fucking faggots.

Fine, pay up, divvy up, you fuckin normie boomer degenerate scum.

But for my job I get paid in Bitcoin.. I only get bitcoins out...

stop drug dealing

If I have a business that accepts BTC as payment, can I just purchase stuff with fake names through my online store using BTC that I want to cash out, and then only pay the 15% self employment tax (USA) as it was income?

It would save 10% as capital gains is around 25%.

>I don't even know how much I made profit because I'm not a fucking accountant.

You probably shouldn't be investing in the first place if you're incapable of doing something as simple as figuring out how much profit you've made.

you sure? isn't it just something some gold/silver holder said to discourage people from going into crypto?
anyone ever got in trouble in your country for not paying taxes when converting to alts? there's a precedence? (now when cashing out - you obviously have to pay taxes in that case)

now when cashing out = not when cashing out

never pay a single cent OP
they already taxed you on your income and a million other things

now they want to tax you on your crypto gains?
thats insane!

what if you lose money, will the state reimburse you then?

DONT FALL FOR THE TAX MEME!

>Finland
>IRS

the american IRS is involved in Finland tax collection? wow, they are bigger than i thought

In my country it is called DGI

Impositive General Direction

Finns are so americanized they think american agencies govern them.

What does the guy in the picture say?

He's a guy from Finland, Tommi Vuorinen. He's a "global leader" of Onecoin.
They interviewed him on the radio and totally ridiculed him. It was priceless. I might put it on Youtube with subtitles.
