yeah, it fucking sucks. i spent 4k trying to get a simple fucking t shirt pattern made and two different companies ruined it both times and i ended up with unsellable shit. first time they ruined the pattern and the t shirts were children sized even though i ordered in american sizes. second time with a different company their dumbass artist decided to "fix" my pattern and ended up completely fucking it and shipping me the product anyway without telling me about the changes.
I would imagine it's a bit of a nightmare, yeah. Even moreso for me, since mine is an electronic product.
