other countries did receive the marshall plan as well. when it comes to germany after WW2 you have to imagine, that you had a well educated large population in a country that was economically relatively free compared to say england at that time. in addition they could harvest a lot of new ideas they found out about during the war like planned obsolescence. (that they got from finding out that their well built tanks didn't get to last for more than a few month on the front).
All the while the allies did pump money into germany, but not as marshall plan, but as a result of occupation and general stationing of troops during the cold war. This later also led also to a technology transfer, the germans benefited immensely from.
