Germans are good at figh-

Germans are good at figh-

>outnumbered by 2,500,000
>going against 3 superpowers

Makes you think

They were on defense

french got the rest on the world for more than four year and draw the shit out of it, steppe nigger did invade the most important art of the world in their time and keep it for more than four year.
German are just good at opening then they suck hard.

>1944 France
>1944 Britain
>superpowers

>implying Britain did not have the strongest navy at the time

I believe by '44 that was USA.

The 1944-1945 campaign from D-Day to VE Day was actually only 10 months.

Inb4 some tard says the Germans only had weak units and conscripts in France
>what is the SS Panzer Corps

Thanks for restarting our economies whilst also killing off the poor Adolph

Most SS units were random criminals and not elite whatsoever.

excuses

I'm talking about the SS Panzer Corps. By the invasion of France they were just about completely composed of Eastern front veterans.

>2 million troops
>5 million casualties

Peak. In total more than 8 million German troops served on the Western Front. The ones who didn't become casualties by the time the war ended surrendered after the end of it, 3.4 million of them.

>Only rivaled by another superpower in making

The Royal Navy was pretty much useless against Germany and always has been. That was why Britain reacted so violently to the German arms race leading up to WWI.

Why don't people talk about how crushingly one-sided the US vs Germany subset of the war was? That conflict always seems to be treated as even.

Because you can't give the Soviets any credit.

Because germany was on its last legs and the western front was a sideshow.

It's not even at all.
The western front contained something like 20% of the Werhmachts total forces
It's American media and the endless list of US-centric war movies that give off that impression. The truth is far less glamourous, but the truth doesn't generate money
