This. I live in Vegas, and every time a new letter license plate entered the streets (e.g. 000 - VAA), within a couple of months about a third of the plates on the road are now ### - Vxx. Most people buy new cars every few years.

When I grew up. Both my parents are failures in life who settled with "good enough". Dad is a robot who was destroyed by my Mom.
