No, they where FREEDOM FIGHTERS!

They were drug dealing black gangs that passed sandwiches out on the weekend and made pretend to read Mao and as a result will forever be felated by white corn fed "revolutionary" left hipster from Brooklyn.

So American Yakuza?

Seems like there's sure to be a lot of history discussion in this thread and little spouting of political opinions without supporting material

Absolutely.they also held chinks in high regard for some reason

Depends on what ideology you hold.

I'd say justified, given how much the Afro Americans where discriminated against. Remember, the United States was de facto an Apartheid state.

terrorist, no. Supremacist group that insinuated the drug trade? yes.

test

more like an armed propaganda group

No it literally wasent
Blacks need to leave Veeky Forums

Black guy here.

They were a supremacist group who talked too much shit and didn't help the community by dealing drugs and promoting violence and beef with the police.

Overall fuck them and the New Black Panthers who are fucking it up for everybody.

Not terrorist but definitely a criminal organization and supremacist group. They worsened race relations while simultaneously creating more crime and poverty in the community.

>Remember, the United States was de facto an Apartheid state.

That was no longer the case by the time the Black Panthers showed up

Not sure they really did enough to be called a terrorist group; even though a lot of people compare the civil rights movement to the Indian Independence movement cause muh nonviolence, there really wasn't a part of the civil rights movement as comparatively violent as, say, the Indian National Army was compared to the INC.

the US state considered them the greatest threat to the national security in the 1960s

they were onto something for sure. they certainly weren't supremacists either, given that they worked with leftists of all races

yes

Yes, they should have been shot without trial.

Not really. Yakuza is more patriotic Japanese. Even far-right. Black panthers are opposed to the historic American nation and are Far left.

Well, The US of A was a Slavery/Apartheid state officially from 1776-1964.

It is pretty evident that by 1966 the majority of problems have not been solved and practical discriminations where still in place.
