Porn has weird effects on your brain chemistry, attention span, motivation, perception of people etc. You can become addicted to porn and masturbation just like you can become addicted to shopping, facebook feeds, netflix and everything else. But porn digs really deep on the social and emotional levels. I still fap, but I just read erotica online or select one single nude image per session and leave it at that. Browsing through tons of different images and videos within minutes fucks you up real bad.
