Donald Trump Built His Empire on Loans

Why aren't you leveraging your +700 credit score to get cheap money to acquire profitable assets.

That's all Donald Trump did.

Why do so many people cuck out about getting big loans to take big risks?

How do I get a 5 figure loan for under 5% interest that I can pay back in 5 years?

President Trump.

>Getting a bank to give five figure loan to a neet

23 with a 725 how do I get large loans

They don't give loans based on credit score. They give it based on credit history/abilty to repay (i.e. a job/consistent source of income).

>take out loan
>take big risk
>lose

now you lost much of the money you invested, have to pay back EVEN MORE than you take out with the interest you're going to accumulate, your life goes to shit cutting it bare to the bones just to afford the risk you took, Your credit is ruined ensuring you will never get another loan for a car, home, ect., all these culminate with the fact that your ugly and alone

>what could go wrong?!?!

That's why you borrow in the name of a corporation, not in your own name.

so anyone who creates a corporation can ask for a loan ? or you must build credit history.

I have an LLC with that makes 5 figures from eBay and eCommerce and Freelancing services.

I've called a bank and they want me to personally guarantee the loans. They would give me a line of credit but rate was 8%. I think I can do better than that

$363 a month...for 20k?

So set aside 2k for 6 months of runway for auto repay and invest $18,000 in something that can make you $50,000 in less than 6 months.

Pay back the loan, have stellar credit and able to get more loans.... while have $30k in your pocket.

> invest $18,000 in something that can make you $50,000 in less than 6 months.

Good fucking luck retard.

I've been saying this shit on biz for weeks now. I've been buying 2k BTC every week and paying it off every month with the gains. So glad coinbase raised my limit and my credit limit is pretty massive. Haven't missed a single payment and I'm literally getting rewards points for buying bitcoins.

im doing this, trying to get as much fiat as i can and then wont pay it back

this.
most people on here dont have a massive credit history for even secured large loans, let alone unsecured handout loans.

>Buying bitcoins on credit
This isn't what happens during a bubble

or you can work a job for like 100k or w/e is average these days

>How do I get a 5 figure loan for under 5% interest that I can pay back in 5 years?

You can't, and Trump didn't pay back his loans, his debt after insolvency in the 90s was forgiven. Best way to get a billion dollars of debt forgiven is to happen to have your last name tied to major hotel / casino brands. Better to bail you out then have all your hotels named after the guy who wen bankrupt.

Fun fact, Trump never actually ran any any of his business, but for a short few years between the time his father died and when he we insolvent and promised his creditors to never take an active management role in any hotel again.

you are describing literally every millennial in college, its no big deal

>Why do so many people cuck out about getting big loans to take big risks?

because i fucking suck at this shit.

should i just charge up all my credit cards and hold?

>Fun fact, Trump never actually ran any any of his business, but for a short few years between the time his father died and when he we insolvent and promised his creditors to never take an active management role in any hotel again.

then what was he doing all day for like 50 years

I'm betting this guy watches CNN 24/7 literally no actual data to back anything up

Yes.

Im working on it faggot.

Took me 3 years of slavecucking to break into 750+ and fix my shit.

I pay off my second house next april then borrow against them bot to build a new triplex ;)

Stay poor crypto scammers

THANK CHRIST.

Yeah but credit score is a descent indicator if u will pay your shit or not

Is why you start by taking loans you can cover if you fuck up.
Example. I got 10k in the bank but ima take out 5k small business loan if i can.

If it works, cool. If it dont, learb, cry, continue. Make payments to loan or use half my nut to pay it off and start workibg on another.

9/10 businesses fail in the first five years.

I only got 8 more to go statistically and i am free from wageslavery to work 3 times as hard for myself.

>fun fact
>it's some random childish diss
it doesn't matter how much money or how many connections you have in New York. if you're not a world class businessman then you get fucked and you never come back. long before his tv celeb status his output every day was more than you'll do in your life.

>get business loan
>they want you to sign saying your personally liable.

Gotta put skin in 2 win.

> 20 million dollar 0% interest loan that you never have to pay back from Daddy
> inherit his billion dollar company after losing 17 million in Atlanta
No wonder he's a Veeky Forums rolemodel

U can.

However, if u need quick money and can make 20% then why not! :)

Lol, it can be done. Just not by most biztards. Including me. Yet...

Lol.

Hater gonna hate

And ainter gonna aint...

Really interesting how Trump was celebrated unabashedly as one of the richest and most business savvy men on the planet, with towers and his name plastered all over the world, and rappers even naming their songs after him, right until he joined the big meany pants conservative side of politics and ran as an outsider

then he was an idiot, bankrupt, non cool, raceistsexist trust fund babby

the real satire of 2016 was the media and popular perception

Donald Trump did not even outperform the S&P 500.

Also really interesting how the entertainment TV start, a billionaire NY liberal elitist, who was pro abortion, pro gun control, pro universal healthcare, pro free trade, right up until he was a populist conservative when he decided to run as a republican and support w/e is popular.

Doesn't that support the notion that he's excellent at capitalizing on an opportunity and market potential?

No one intelligent could ever think this guy actually believes half of the populist drivel he spoke at rallies. What the fuck would a rich NY businessman care about beaners flooding our lower industries.

he would have done better if he just plowed it all in a vanguard fund and waited

>Trump was celebrated unabashedly as one of the richest and most business savvy men on the planet

>literally boofing the koolaid

Only retards ever believed Trump was a savvy business man.

He became a billionaire from a small loan of 1-200m dollars. If you gave 200m to biz half of them would lose it on antshares or some stupid shit.

>this fuck swallowed the CNN/NYT/John Oliver smear pieces
>calls me the kool aid boofer

lolz

Yes, you are so enlightened and individual, Mr. Agrees with 80% of Current Popular Revisionist Media

Being better at money than Tyrone doesn't make you a financial genius

By having assets and flaunting it.

Loans are given based on how likely you are to repay it. If you fully own a house, suddenly you are eligible for a $300k+ loan, because if worse comes to worst, you can just sell the house to pay it off.

I've gotten rejected for a credit card by almost every company simply for not having any history (except for annual fee cards). Then my brokerage company came along and spammed me to apply for their own credit card (which is pretty good) because they know I owned 10k+ in stocks in an account with them.

Savers and especially investors are a minority in this world. Not only do the assets give you ability to repay, the investments show you know somewhat what you are doing financially, which is more than can be said for 99% of people.

totally doable. I have an LLC ecommerce business but work full-time in insurance. credit score is 789 Planning to resign my job soon to focus more on my business and I applied for 25k loan today. why are people afraid of leverage?
