It's simple really. Just wait for the market to stop dropping (yes this means you might miss out on some potential gains). Bollingers should start consolidating near a medium-term low point, then wait a bit to see if it's pumping up (with high volume), dropping a bit (low volume), then pumping some more (each time with higher low points), and that's the point you want to buy back in. It's not foolproof but it's better than whatever retarded shit OP is doing
