Amazon will let you scam basically forever, on Ebay, goodluck. They hold your funds too long and even 1 case against you will basically freeze your account

you need to link a bank account to it to cashout, not sure where you live but in the UK is easy to open mobile bank accounts and dispose of them after, theres a new US mobile bank but the name escapes me right now.
And to order something to an address thats not the one registered to the account you have to fill in like the last 4 digits of the cc, so short answer is no.
your better off buying stolen ccs and buying bitcoin or something with them, or buy/hack bank logins and run them through venmo or transferwise etc.

depends where you live, in the US maybe but i doubt it, all they do is send you an email every few days saying you owe them x amount of money.
