If you run your own business there is no way they can check to see if you're a real plumber or not. You can do some 4-5 months of shadowing someone then quit and open up your own shop, you don't even need to be good at your trade.

This one time i showed up to a customers house they had a clogged toilet. I unclogged it but messed around with the internal parts of their toilet tank so it started to slowly drip all over their hardwood floor so i showed up again for a double whamming.

I was able to charge them first for the $600 30 minute job of unclogging the shit. Then i was able to charge them $300 for the internal parts of the toilet tank lol. The acctual parts to fix it were worth $25 u could get from home depot.

Every job you go to you have to think. Now what can i reccomend to get as much money out of these idiots as possible? Also what kind of unnoticeable damage can i do that they will be calling me back the next day for? If you can do that you will be a millionaire like me.

I would do copper repipes for houses water lines but i would always double order the amount of copper required for the job. That way i could take all of the extra copper to the scrap yard and make ~2000$ off of scrap every time i did a repipe.

If you start to get a repuation just close down your one plumbing company shop and open up to a whole new different name making sure to not revisit any previous houses for at least 6 months under a new company name.
