So do we hodl BTC or BCC after July 31st? I'm confused.

BTC will equal Ethereum Classic
BCC will equal Ethereum

So BTC is going to be dead and BCC is going to take over? I can't be the only one confused over this.

BCC is just another trashy altcoin made by a butthurt chink. Don't even worry about it.

OP, do you even understand what you're talking about? I suggest you actually read and educate yourself on things you invest in, and also get some common sense. Get off the weed, it's bad for you.

>BCC will equal Ethereum

You mean there will be several ICO scams using BCC and later getting "hacked"?, I can see that happening.

Dump BCC as fast as possible.

Why do you think it should be dumped? ETC is still traded today and is worth much more than its initial value. Seems short sighted to me.

Because everyone else will dump it.
You can buy it back after they do for a lower price if you really want to hodl it.

Keep away from BCC, it untested untrustable software can steal your money.
BITCOIN-CORE OF 2014 github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases/tag/v0.9.1 only trustable at this moment.

OP you are correct.
Don't listen to these trolls.

no coiner here

So as far as I can tell, BTC is forking? Why exactly is that even happening?
>made by a butthurt chink
Can a single human make a 40 billion dollar asset split into two?

>Can a single human make a 40 billion dollar asset split into two?

fork != split

He's basically going ctrl+c, ctrl+v with Bitcoins code. And building on top of that while calling it something else.

So, bitcoins code also includes the people who hold bitcoin on a certain date?

Is that how people who have BTC will suddenly have BCC? (

Yes

And The Market is back
Prepare for the Sea of Green

Do I deposit out of coinbase or not?

Bitcoin Cash just turned itself into an altcoin by adding replay protection. That was a big mistake. ETC was successful because it did not initially have replay protection from ETH.

BCC is BitConnectCoin. This is going to fail for the simple fact of confusing branding. They made a mistake with this ticker.

BCC is for the ones who believe in Satoshi's vision of "peer-to-peer cash" like it says on the first page of the whitepaper and btc is for those who believe bitcoin should be a super-expensive settlement layer where you have bank-like entities regulated by the government making transactions in hubs/channels.

Sounds like Monero is the new Bitcoin then.

BCC will fizzle out and die. Too much memory required to store past transaction records

Other way around.

BCC is literally Bitcoin Classic or the bitcoin version of Ethereum Classic

But BTC will always be BTC, or in your analogy just Ethereum.
