I can only speak from personal experience but the vast majority of women i come across, complain all day, don't want to work hard, don't care as much, insist on maximal leave and never work overtime. Why is the media and politicians telling us its unfair to women?
Why are men allowing it? Maybe my experience wasn't reflective of the reality. What does /biz think?

The worst thing for a work environment is having many women. I've never seen an animal to do so much gossip and intrigue.
Besides, everywhere I worked, women did not work at all. If there are more than two women they will join and spend most of their time gossiping and most of the work is played on men's backs.
Whoever thinks of women in the job market is not the one who has to work in the same environment as them and have to do the work they should be doing.
Note: I know that not all women are like that but I would say more than 90% of them are.
And I'll say more. As women are overprotected all responsibility for the bullshit they make will be thrown on the back of the man who is working with them.

Women control most workplaces now. HR is 90% women. When men clash they can sort it out themselves. When man/woman clash the woman cries and the man is immediately in the wrong. Who is the man going to run to? I've been in enough jobs to know it's over for men AT THIS MOMENT in time. Take pleasure in the statistic that women are now as unhappy in work as men have ever been - they now know they can't have it all. They're welcome to it. I'm now a house-husband and never intend to work full-time again. My wife works for a reasonable wage and hates housework. Housework is boring for sure but at least I don't have to listen to the office bullshit day after day

Therein lies the million dollar question. Of course the "wage gap" is a myth, aggregating all jobs men and women down to averages and comparing the two. A decision that is truly baffling, illogical, and makes my economics brain hurt.
If women actually got paid less and did the same work output level as men, companies would be scrambling to hire women.
My experiences with women in the workplace have been profoundly negative. I just can't take order from a woman. It's impossible to me. I could take orders from almost any man and do them diligently, but something about women bosses, the inflection, the snark, the attitude that just makes me never want to listen to them.
Because its a meme. Created by feminists. Haven't you figured out feminism yet? It's whole survival depends on maintaining a state of permant victimhood.
But where does it end? The way things are going now, our sons will be taxed more than women and will probably be forced to work double the hours.

We already live in a welfare state that highly favors women, and yet Whites are still being genocided out of existence. You have the combination of several factors, including cost of living, the fact that women are now graduating college more than men, and other things like lower testosterone, more masculine women etc. The fact that women tend to marry "up" and you cant marry up if the man you are with is making the same as you are. It's a turn off for women.
We shouldnt ban women from the workplace, but it was a big mistake encouraging them to enter. Culturally, men should be encouraged to work and women should be encouraged to stay at home as mothers and caretakers.

There's plenty of exceptions, smart logical successful women, etc. But the general rule is men do great things, women make babies and make the home.
