I think 99% of the world will off himself if they don't 'make' it when they're 30.
Most of them however are superstars in being capable of faking it. Why does everyone think they're destined to be millionaires? Most of you wont. Starting young could also mean you'll lose lots when you're young and 'give up' because 'it doesn't work anyway'.
There's no promise for tomorrow, do what you can and reach for those stars while you still can. It's all you can do really.

I am 29 and I am fine.
I have a relationship for about 11 years and we start a family next year.

I earn enough for me and my future family as well as I am good enough to take the leap to open up my own financial advisory in a couple of years.
We will see how it works out. But I am smart enough to see that "making it" is not determined by money but overall happiness.

And damn, when soon as her belly starts to swell, I will be the most happy man on earth and therefore "made" it.
