Further, as an employer, if you are hiring people based on anything other than their fitness for the job, you are cutting into your own profits for literally no good reason. They are also infringing upon the right of another person to experience the world in which we live. They are bigots, and more than that, many of them are dangerous opponents of the state. Outliers exist user. Skin colour is a good indicator of who you should cross the street to avoid, and an ok-ish indicator of fitness for a job sometimes, but the amount of effort required to flip through a CV is so ridiculously minimal as to negate any potential benefit for dismissing applications from [group you don't like] when weighed against the potential benefits of discovering and hiring the outliers, particularly in higher-paying fields.
Also in a broader societal sense, it's far better for general motivation (of all races, those discriminated for and those discriminated against) that the populace know that everyone is assessed based on their ability rather than their skin colour. "Hey why work? I'll get the job anyway" versus "I'll never get the job anyway, why work?"
