Tokens and coins are different. Coins have their own blockchain and aren't dependent on any other network, tokens run on another coins blockchain and die if that coin dies.
I see tokens as a sign of lazy devs as they couldn't be bothered making their system standalone.

I select a few of the coins tokens to have a small go on. For any of these coins to really moon there will need to be the 'killer apps' driving it. So for example i've gone ahead and selected ETH as well as the goal kickers.

You can cash out but you would be foolish to completely cash out as crypto is still rapidly growing and 3k is not even close to the top for BTC.
Different countries have different laws about selling crypto for fiat but here is Australia it's very easy with sites like CoinJar.

The only reason why it looks like he's making money hand over fist is because he has a lot of money invested already.

Pretty much everything here is a game of percentages. As shit goes up, your money grows too, as it goes down, it shrinks. He made 100k+ dollars because he had literally over 800k in it. He could have had literally 100 bucks and would have only made 16.
