SIGT (like many before it) is rising again because non-whales are actually supporting it. This is the "cup."
When it starts rising again, big money players force it down to buy in at a lower price. This is the handle, and it is our current position. They wouldn't interrupt the upward trend unless they wanted to buy more, otherwise they'd have sold higher.
You'd be smart to buy now, anyone selling is only driving the price down for others to buy in.

The hash rate dips and rebounds constantly. Nothing new. There are some big farms that jump in and out when the difficulty goes up, then start again after the difficulty drops. Been going on for a while now.
