Unlimited water

My wife has ownership of 400SQF in Mindanao Philippines. The property can be expanded if i purchase land at 70k PHP for 400SQF with a total of 800SQF i can buy extra next to my own land. These lands have access to unlimited water from a nearby spring.

Theres also a nearby river about 10 minutes walking but its outside the property. Theres paved roads going to my land and out to the small town. This is located in Davao occidental. Also the neighbor lands have free water also its not like i can sell them what they already have free. Due to close proximity to school supposedly i'm not allowed to make a fish pond due to sanitary reasons. So no large scale animal farming. Picture related.

So does anyone have any money making idea please share? I'm unable to think of something useful. Thank you in advance.

All those rocks o the land is gravel we purchase to build the foundation and we spread it around for grass control.

ladyboy brothel

drug synthesis, quit buying land by the square foot

waterpark

>400SQF

wait.. 400 square feet of land? wtf is this, did someone scam you into buying this shit?

how much land in total can you buy?

>400SQF
We have legal ownership of this land. My wife since shes filipino citizen. The coconut trees are not included in the sale only the land. So they will be harvested by the owner while i ca do what i want with the rest of the land. When the tree dies the space will be mines to plant what i want.
There is 2 available plots of land each are estimated to be 400SQF each for a total of 800SQF

not even trolling, dont buy this shit. you're saying like $1200 for 20x20 parcels of land. unless you want to a place to go camping? why are the parcel sizes divided so small lol

Why not go to the beach for free or river. Refrigerators are rare i this area imagine someone affording a waterpark.

Both are illegal. Also land is sold by SQF/Hectares in this country.

The land is big. My house is there. theres space on the back/sides/front. You ca fit about 7 school bus in the land.

well i was thinking if you could continue buying more in the future, you could do airbnb for eco tourism since you said there is a farm near by.
Tourists would come spend say $20 to $40 a day learn about the locals, help farm take in scenery and rivers for that rustic vibe. Also are you sure 400sqt is $1200 and there isnt some white man conning going on behind your back.

Anwyay, you'd also have to build out some small residences like the one in the picture

btw, i actually do this in the caribbean (im from the caribbean) eco tourism that is

There is a local tribe called manobo tribe but they don't really do anything native. Theres some waterfalls 32 to be exact 30 minutes away by bike. Also some white sand beaches. The land is located in Don Marcelino Davao Occidental.

have you heard of the tribe called quest?

How much autism do you have that you needed to specify 32 vs 30 mins to your imaginary internet friends on a uzbeki dog whispering forum?

yeah eco tourism seems like your best bet, but after the build on the third lot, room for growth will cease.

That is a tiny amount of land.

Could you even be self sustaining on that let alone work it and turn a profit?

I really doubt it.

Landscape it nicely and rent it out to tourists.

>tribe called quest

is a band.

Theres Banana/coconut tree farm. Going to this town you need to pass miles of coconut farms. Thank you for the input friend.

You can always try hydroponics and grow what is rare to the area or hard to get

picture related. This is one of the waterfalls.32 waterfalls. i only go to 1 i did not want to hike further then that due to rain.

I will try this airBNB.

A: Filipinos can only own land. You, a foreigner can't.

Davao Occidental is fucking scary as fuck. NPA is up and about and, permitting and such through the barrangy capatain and your local province city hall will be a nightmare. You've met the barrangy captain, right?

It is useless, pinoys aren't stupid.

You can't farm any useful crop.
You can't maufacture any chemicals, supply chain and logistics in the middle of fucking no where is shit.

Do you even have LTE signal? Profitable venture would be child pornography ring that's the PH best venture.

Eco tourists are fucking out, it's fucking no where and not exotic beach or island.

Also, forgot to add:

Mindanao Philippines is the part of the PH where foreigners lose their head. Marawi and is in some sort of martial law.

No fucking tourists go to Mindinao. The farthest I've gone is Cebu, and I live in fucking BGC.

Fucking user, you married some backwards water province cunt, didn't you?

I misread your flip speak. Enjoy the waterfalls compadre, looks comfy.

>flip

top kek im not flip brosky.

They have LTE. I was there last week. The signal is better then manila.

Its not scary. I survived. I was going out and walking around several towns during daylight and dusk. Its true people stare but otherwise i was good. Unlike in manila there beggars asking for money all over. Marawi so far good luck to the MUDslim who cant afford flip flops to walk to Davao region. There checkpoints for a reason.

Can you host my Moro Insurgent friends?

All true. If not those commies NPA, you might deal with abu sayyaf terrorist

Reading these posts, it sounds like you have a ton of restrictions and easements on the land. The only bonus you really have is the seclusion.

Just a thought (and I know you said no illegal shit), but have you thought about making one of those tinker shops that sell bootleg firearms?

ice cream stop.

Asia has all the ingredients for homemade ice cream but they ship in poor quality shit. Bring over an ice cream maker, talk to local dairy farmers, and make the best ice cream anyone can get within a day's journey. Phillipines are hot. Ice cream is cold. It's not rocket science.

I don't think theres any milking cows since there no fresh milk sold. Only powder.

do tourism to your waterfalls m8

what you do right now, is get a map, those images and put something on airbnb and see what type of interest you get. of course when you do decide you have to tidy up the area a bit and provide passage to and from the airport...forgot to ask how far a drive is it from the airport?

by tidy up i mean get rid of the chain link fence, to make it like ghetto ish and try do a more rustic feel, put paving slab leading up to the house

Its about 5 hours. It cost about $20. This is due to many road constructions. With all the roads fix it would be 3 hours. Expected time that the construction would be done in about 2 years. They are expanding most roads to be 4/6 lanes instead of 2/3 but in a lot of places they only have 1 lane open and the others being work on.

Currently we use the neighbors dirt road to enter our land. The so of the original owner lives next to us and hes selling his land also. They are native who only know how to farm and are selling land due to slow harvest plus once i buy land from them they keep the rights to the coconut tree until it dies they keep harvesting since they also have ownership of other lands near me they will just move the sons house to another lot and they keep making money harvesting the coconuts. theres only 2 trees in my land and about 3 in that other land. i guess they selling low preforming land and they cant wait 10 years for coconut to grow. thanks for the input friend.

Fucking absolute state of the brown world. Ffs

>pinoys aren't stupid

with an average iq

$20 for a 5 hour taxi ride? Wtf. I gotta move to the P.I. and fuck brown SEAsian pussy for the rest of my life.

Its not taxi. Its a van and then later you take a motor bike.

The van has AC and you take it for 4 hours.

>making money from 3 coconut trees
I usually end up throwing most of my coconuts (and mangos) that grow in my trees away. I can't eat them quick enough, and they're tough to give away when everybody has a fruit tree.
t. Florida

jesus christ that house looks very uncomfortable to live in

Bottle the water and sell it to Californians as some natural hippie water

I have to see this tree...It must be on par with the Deku Tree or something

Its a 2 room/1kitchen/1 bathroom house. Its way better then 70% i have encounter there. Tiled floors/varnish wood/LED lights/ect...

If you are next to a water source, make a water bottle company using that spring as the source. If you want to be humanitarian, make an NGO, get donations and send water to Africa, other impoverished nations with drought problems.

Metal detekt some gold. I hear they are mining over there
