You can buy it on a lot more exchanges. Also basically every trader in europe/USA has an bittrex account. It's not like it's only on fucking yobit or something.

I would just hold... if you bought at 8 your playing with the houses money anyway. China wants its own coin, and its NEO. It hasn't even overtaken ETC yet. I expect to see it bumping up underneath ETH in 6 months.
