Just looking at the order books it appears that a whale is manipulating this pretty hard to get some cheap coins and the volume is low enough that he can do what he wants.
I feel kind of dumb buying at 4k but picked up another 5000 coins to average down a bit, this should have a big run I'm feelings a lot more confident than the first time I invested this morning.
Me again - had my friend take a look. She said there's no mention of government support or sponsorship, but they have signed contracts with some public hospitals in Shanghai.
More specifically, the mention was "we are the only blockchain tech company that has entered public healthcare institutions in China"

Yeah that’s about right. Remember that all hospitals in China are state-run, so having signed contracts already with a few hospitals is a very good sign.
