OP you missed a vital part; they're also bringing online a test network with 512 Static Nodes. This is an early test and the lead up to Static Node release along with other major updates (including the new logo and website).

I've never been a huge fan of this coin but it has my attention now. I've put a little £1k gamble on this actually going places now, if it doesn't work out it's a minor loss but if it does, which seems increasingly likely, then there'll be some juicy returns
