I was thinking of investing in NEO since I can't afford any bitcoins. Any tips or help?

You buy and sell on websites that are called exchanges. Bittrex, Poloniex, Coinbase are some of the popular ones.
You can access these sites on PC or mobile, but sometimes they aren't very mobile friendly in their layout.
So isnt there profit to be made in developing a mobile app for ecoin exchanging? If only I was an app developer
