Yeah, it reads like someone who's trying to make himself look better. There's a lot of coincidence and things that can't be corroborated, like that the other guy was going for a knife. It's probably bullshit. But even considering that, the story posted make him look like a maniac. He showed up a a guy's house in the middle of the night (a person he apparently had some kind of conflict with), and acted threatening enough to make the guy panick and want to kick him. Then he chased the guy down and stabbed him a bunch of times, mostly in the back as he was running. The whole thing reads like an edgy teenager's fantasy. "I knew he was going to try to kill me and go for a weapon, he I started stabbing him. Then when he tried getting away from me, I decided to kill him because he's a coward."
