Will history view George Soros more favorably or unfavorably, in the coming decades? What are your thoughts on how there would come to be one predominant view on him, versus the other? Soros is already very old, so he does not have much time left, so I figure that we could analyze his life based on what he has done by this point, anyhow.

If we're going by the usual definition that "White" means European, including many Jewish people and otherwise Mideastern-mixed--with-European, not too many other people would accurately be classified as White. New World European-Native mixed people could also be considered White, if a significant amount of their ancestry is European. Whites can be Muslims, though, as many Bosnians, Kosovars, and Albanians are, for example.

Ultimately, George Soros visions seems to be to promote chaos in Third World countries, making them more like Haiti.
Haiti is called the "Republic of NGOs" thanks to their power there, it is the model that Soros wants for every other Third World country. NGOs taking the political and social role of the government, organized crime taking the military role. The only export is the people (who are then shipped off to Europe and North America by other Soros NGOs).
