They mentioned somewhere in the past on the Slack that the cap is 5-10 eth. They later retracted that and stated that the individual cap depends on the amount of registrants. The more registrants, the smaller the cap will be.

Since the turn-out was unexpected and big, I doubt very much that they'll be able to honor the 5-10 eth individual cap. I guess everyone is expecting the gains to equal those of the 0x project, hence the turn-out.
