I think base mine off actual uses

1.) Iota - no tx fee bitcoin
2.) Ripple - real value prop of lowering bank fees
3.) ETH - dapp dev
4.) Neo - dapp dev with C++
5.) Lisk - dapp dev with java
6.) Omisego - business solutions and est. million dollar company backing

Started with $80 dollars and ended up just holding two coins. Some other coins I had didn't really go anywhere and got rid of them but I fortunately broke even or profited a little bit. I'm still new to this.
