Are the differences between cigarettes and loose tobacco really that big? Can't really imagine it, since I would assume it's taxed by wheight or something. To me, the cigarette pack and the tobacco pouches looks like they'd cost about the same per smoke, but then, I'm no smoker, so what do I know.

You can get a pound of loose tobacco at tobacco general's website for $10, box of tubes for like $2-3, the machine was the biggest part at $50 but paid off fast, a pound of tabacco will make about 2 cartons worth, really suprised when I saw it.

Yeah, I roll with pipe tobacco as well but some people prefer shorter cuts, pipe tobacco usually it's the least taxed tobacco (with the exception of tobacco used as insecticide) Roll Your Own tobacco it's taxed somewhat more, still not as insane as packs
