Reaps the benefits of capitalism while not falling to corporate cuckoldry. I'd say so.

>while not falling to corporate cuckoldry
No.

Politics isn't inside the Humanities topic.

Actually it is so long as you discuss abstract ideology and don't stray into the specifics of modern political issues.

You get all the Marxist "contradictions of capitalism" with fewer of the benefits, as social democracy creates a stultifying therapeutic-managerial state that chips away at people's freedom of action and leads to social decay. Plus the welfare state has a dysgenic effect on a population. So imo it's one of the worst ideologies, I'd rather have Marxism or go full lassiez-faire.

But bear in mind, all mass-suffrage democracies are social democracies to some degree. The only real lassiez-faire polities (HK and Singapore) are not democratic.

>Topic isolation
Nope.

I prefer to discuss nigger inferiority historically instead of this garbage.

Socdems are capitalist apologists

Social democracy is by far the most dangerous form of capitalism, upholding it all while pretending it's "reforming" the system, you can see why billionaires are the first people to shill for UBI and such policies

No one asked your opinion about what you would prefer, though and no one cares.

>What is the past 20 years?
>What is the Third Way ruining social democracy

Labor and State cannot coexist with Capital for long. Either slowly trasist to socialism as its original design or don't delay the inevitable

>The only real lassiez-faire polities (HK and Singapore)
Singapore has a lot of nationalized business though

wrong board

Well, I care. Social democrats worship the nigger inferiority historically. So I think Social democracy is racist.

Go back to pol

who is this loser?
I like presidential candidates who win

In the end communism is inevitable.

No. Social democracy makes no bones about being a stepping stone to socialism or the modern twist of imposing their own flawed view of "social justice" which treats wants like needs. It is an ideology designed to justify machine politics.

It is ubiquitous with Neo-liberalism, Blair and Clinton did more to bring the state into lines with aiding and stablising global capital systems than Thatcher and Reagan did

It's not billionaires, it's NEETs and college kids.

I'd rather have us transition into a paid-education-for-all system, with many people that would otherwise be laid off finding a comfortable, socially useful role in a massive, statal-non-profit R&D apparatus.

Yes.

This, the ruling class hijacking left-wing platforms and stripping them from revolutionary aspects was the most effective move against leftists, now all they're left with is an ideology that does not challenge the status quo and hegemony of capital.
Leftists are completely checkmated

So fucking jelly, mate.
Did your check your privilege today, disgusting white male?

>63% white

If social democracy can provide higher standards of living than pure capitalism or communism, does it really matter that it still exploits workers?

It matters ofcourse but I would rather get exploited with higher standards of living than getting the same exploitation with lower standards of living.
Also lets be honest there will always be people who are going to be exploited by the elites, its just human nature to abuse your position of power.
