That would be J.E.B Stuart. One of the best cavalry commands of the war killed in 1864 at age 31. Biggest mistake was not reporting to Lee until the second day of Gettysburg robbing the army of valuable information, but I think people focus too much on that. The one big blemish on an otherwise good career.
