Dang, I've been doing this for 2 years and I'm only at ~375,000 with a 37,000 investment.

I've thought about what I'd do if I hit over a million, and the prospects aren't very good. The stock market has been on a 9 year bull run, so pulling out your crypto and putting it into some vanguard index funds could backfire if the market takes a downturn. Plus crypto could continue it's ridiculous bullrun causing you to lose out on a shitload of potential earnings, and you'd have to pay taxes on it lowering your total networth.

You can go the real estate route which seems like a safer option depending on the area, but it's much more effort to maintain. One if you're gonna rent out the property you're going to have to deal with tenants. If there shit breaks you have to fix it. You could end up overpaying for a property or buying a unit and finding out that it has some catastrophic problem that's gonna cost a small fortune to fix. Lots of unknowns here, but real estate is tangible and will give you guaranteed passive income for as long as you own the property so it's probably the safer bet right now.

Then you could just pull out of crypto and keep it all in the bank, waiting for the stock market to take a huge townturn to buy in. Problem is you never know how long this bullrun is going to continue so you could be sitting around for awhile.

So for me personally, I'm just gonna keep it in crypto for now an reevaluate my position next year.
