1) Sell your OMG - it's already 5x above ICO price and no substantial product has been delivered.
2) Buy $750 of worth LTC and XMR each - but scale your buy orders - you can get better entry price than buying right now.
3) Put $1500 to BTC - but be patient and wait for sub $4k dips.
4) Use half of your ETH for promising ICOs like Enigma, Chainlink etc.
5) GNT is fine, I'd increase the position to $250 and add $250 of SC - both are dirt cheap right now and bound to moon in few months. These are longterms for you.
6) Search for some promising midmarketcap project on Bittrex that are ending the dip after July's pumps. BTS, TRST, DCR, KMD are hints. In case of these four prices have found recently bottoms, so its safe to enter with a whole position right now but scaling won't hurt maybe you'll get 10% more coins that way. Split $1000 among these fours. Set stop-losses near the bottom resistance lines - you'll find them easily from the charts.
7) Search for some promising lowmarketcap projects on Cryptopia/Yobit that have not mooned substantially (> x10) yet. MSP, IFT are hints. For some reason I've read that you want to make it into $15,000, not $10,000. Lol, sorry. That was a quite high risk portfolio. The lower risk portfolio for achieving $10k would be as follow: $500 for points 6,7, $1000 for point 2, $2000 for point 3.
