Right now the previous C&H is repeating pretty exact, just starting at a higher price up. Look at these daily candlesticks on the two moons and this is obvious. Percent price change has also been the same. As long as it stays the same, peak should be around .0075.
That's the peak just finishing this cup and handle, though, and doesn't include the increased buy volume from Asian exchanges entering soon. Perhaps we'll see it dip a bit after .0075 and then get even another big wave up.

Chinese ban/regulation on future ICOs kills QTUM as well as NEO. Especially for blockchains that market themselves as the "Ethereums of China".
only 2 of the 17 icos are based on china, and they are already done. although the team is mainly chinese, their offices are in shanghai and minsk. i don't have any concern for china 'regulating' icos in the future. right now all that's happening is a few whales selling off to get more cheap coins from fish fear.

i said it before, but take a look at the ethereum chart before they released mainnet around may 4 and pay special attention to the scary looking wick that drops to the floor. it reached new ath as soon as mainnet was released.
