They're a pretty fucking solid team working on this. It's basically a way to self-regulate ICOs. Since regulation of ICOs is the way things are going this is going to be MASSIVE, and since the total coin supply slowly reduces over time, from what it looks like (correct me if I'm wrong) they can ONLY make gains in the long term.
But what most tempts me is the fact that if you buy in the pre ICO you have already made 4X GAINS BY THE ICO. When it hits exchanges holy fuck the gains could be huge even if you cash out right away.
Anyone not getting in on this is fucking insane, it's the most legitimate project I've come across with a solid team and first mover advantage in their niche. Product launch after new year and moon mission is going to be fucking ridiculous.
Get in on this and board the XCC train I'm not going to bother posting again because you're a fucking idiot if you don't get in on this
>coincrowd.it/en/pre-ico/# >Check this box to confirm that you are not an U.S. citizen. not Resident or resident entity in the United States. And you are not acquiring CoinCrowd tokens or entering on behalf of a US person.
Aiden Wright
well too bad
also >implying you couldn't just tick the box and buy with ETH anyway
what the fuck is stopping Americans from taking part in any ICOs anyway, are the feds really going door to door arresting people?
Brandon Hall
Didn't realise anyone on Veeky Forums was even aware of this coin. I've got 50k XCC from the pre ICO for the same reason OP (the 4x gain at the start of the ICO). Planning on hodling until into the new year in anticipation of the moon mission when they launch their product.
Well spotted OP, this is one of the best chances to get in super early and make bitcoin-2011-level gains over the next few months
Julian Scott
>tfw 40k XCC
Feels comfy as fuck man, going to hodl and forget about this until the end of the main ICO. 15-20x by January and I can retire at 30
Henry Powell
they would do much worse if they could get away with it
Austin Fisher
people who don't use a vpn get their IP tracked and they refund us. it happened to some people on plebbit already.
Xavier Sanchez
It's pretty easy to use a VPN but seriously they can track everyoen who sends ETH to an ICO??
In that case it's too bad that murrikans can't buy into ICOs. But if you had even the tiniest balls it sounds like you could just use a basic, free VPN and get involved
Sebastian Roberts
...
Samuel Hill
and then what do you do when it's time to pay taxes?
Evan Hughes
Yeah, pretty much...
Zachary Adams
Convert to Monero
Landon Wilson
>every transaction is taxable >literally hide your money to avoid paying taxes
Unless you bought your btc or eth from an atm or in person there will always be a record of the transaction from that to this shitcoin. The transaction to monero will be noted as well (shapeshift wont save you)
Carson Allen
Why is that an issue? Capital gains tax you pay on profits you withdraw to a fiat account. You could have made those profits from anything in the crypto sphere...
Besides there are billions of other people who aren't American who can buy into this pre ICO. No need to have a hissy fit.
Carson Moore
the moment you move the coins through a couple of exchanges and accounts it's really really hard to track it. Specially if it isn't a 10 million dollars, is not worth it.
Kevin Miller
What said and also if you buy Monero at any point and then move it and sell it on another exchange (or two) then it will be utterly impossible to track. You can just withdraw it as profits and pay tax on those profits (when you decide to cash out)
William Wright
Fuck it I'm in. Just bought 12k form the pre ico
we saw what happened with neo, if you want fucking lambos you gotta hold longer than a couple days ffs
Evan Bennett
Why do we need this? Remember what happened with CFI (Coin for idiots)?
Ian Johnson
as much as I like the idea, the whole thing only works if people use their platform to launch the ICO. Regulation or not, it's a long stretch that greedy fucks that are only for the cash grab like the Avalon guys for example will actually use this.
Caleb Hill
This doesn't do the same thing as CFI, though it looks similar if you give it a very quick glance
Also the main thing here is that the pre ICO is 4x less than the ICO so before it even hits exchanges you've pretty much made a 4x gain, and if you really want you can sell as soon as its on exchanges for up to 4x
Ryan Taylor
Yea it seems crazy. There has already been an ico for everything. Most of which dont even need an ico as they could just build an app on eth.
Blake Ross
Assuming anyone buys the ico of course. And what the fuck is a pre ico anyway. Next up dont miss our pre pre ico!!
Connor Walker
Nice, just bought 100k
Adrian Young
This.
Why is it even called pre ICO if everyone can participate with any ammount they want.
Its basically the same thing like a normal ICO.
Why would anyone participate in the normal ICO if they can just participate in this so called "pre ICO" ?
It is just an ultimate FOMO-strategy to attract newfags like you.
Lucas Lewis
It's kind of an in thing that a lot of companies are doing to raise some hype beyond what a normal ICO would
No risk no reward, more risk more reward. I'm taking a big risk on this and putting a lot in but I personally don't think this is a huge risk, this coin is going to take off massively by years end.
Jaxson Gomez
has anyone actually ever been popped for being a us citizen buyig ICOs?
