What did more damage to Slavic reputation in the world, German "subhuman" propaganda or Communism?
I think it was a combination of World War II and Cold War that really made entire world hate Slavs.

Slavs aren't really hated by anyone except the Anglos in real world. I'm not sure why, but Anglo anti-Slav propaganda goes way back into the early 1800s.

butthurt former republics and others who were dominated in one way or the other by Russia would be my guess. No one hates slavs cuz of communism, slavs themselves are split on the issue, currently more seem to be going the nationalist route. Slavs were naturally a forest people that did enough to get by and then took what they needed by force. There are many Russian folk tales about Ivan the Idiot who is a lazy but lovable guy who just lucks his way into success all the time. This and the love triangle are classic russian themes, also depression and war. It took viking leadership to mobilize the slavs into a recognizable force. Another prevelant theme amongst slavs is that they consistently support totatlitarian leaders that project confidence (stalin/putin) and hate weak nerdy leaders(gorbi). Mongols gave the principlaities a taste of empire. Peter the great literally forced russia into the then modern world. From that time on its been a key player with slavs making many discoveries and advances, even attempting the 1st socialist state. That said, the culture of lazy until forced to do something, then by good fortune/skill/force accomplish what you need at the last minute is a prevailing theme. This feeds into the subhuman narrative that germans like to tell. Also the women tend to be hot and slutty, golddigging btw is the womens equivalent of being lazy and (f)lucking into good fortune.
tl;dr Haters jellin on slavs cuz we are culturally lazy and drunk but still manage to accomplish impressive tech advances, cuz we are war mongers, and cuz our women are fine and easy.
